This is an excellent opportunity for science graduate with an interest in the clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry to play an implemental role in driving this organisation towards success.
As a Data Coordinator 1, you will provide support to the other data coordinators on project related duties including ensuring the accuracy of data, producing guidelines for the data entry process and entering data on electronic data capture systems.
Your key accountabilities will be:
Assisting peers with daily duties and administration
requirements on projects
Using reporting tools to assist with accuracy of data
Assisting with producing guidelines for the data entry process for studies
Tracking the flow of CRFs, queries and patient recruitment status and ability to report out the flow of data
Setting up of project files, ensuring sufficiency and accuracy of versions of appropriate documentation
Delivering good quality data and transcription into eCRF
Working to SOP/COPs and GCP guidelines
The Ideal Candidate
As a successful Data Coordinator 1, you will likely have:
An understanding and interest in expanding skills in
Clinical Research and Data Coordination
The ability to work to time lines and follow instructions
A demonstrable ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with peers
Strong MS Office skills, excel in particular
A strong team player, with excellent organisational and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
